Appeals Policy

If we restricted your account or content, this is how to request a considered second look.

At a glance

Appeals help us correct mistakes while maintaining a safe service. An appeal does not automatically restore access or pause a legal or safety restriction.

01

When to appeal

Appeal a content removal, account restriction, verification outcome or other enforcement decision you believe was incorrect or incomplete. For payment calculations, first follow Earnings & Payouts. For copyright removals, use the counter-notice process in DMCA & Copyright.

02

How to send an appeal

Use Contact Us, select or state “Appeal”, and include your account identifier, decision date or reference, the affected content URL where relevant, and a concise explanation with evidence that supports your position. Send one complete appeal rather than duplicate submissions.

03

Independent review

Where practicable, a reviewer not responsible for the initial decision will assess the available context, policy and new evidence. We may ask for clarification or keep a restriction in place while review is ongoing. Do not submit another person’s sensitive records unless you are authorised and it is necessary.

04

Decision

We will communicate whether the decision is upheld, changed or requires more information when appropriate. Some matters may be referred to a specialist safety, rights or legal review. Appeals do not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
