Complaints Policy
A straightforward route for raising concerns about content, accounts, payments or our service.
At a glance
We want concerns to reach the right team with enough context to act. Complaints are reviewed fairly, with urgency based on the risk and applicable legal deadlines.
What to include
Contact us through the Contact Us page and describe the issue, the URL or account involved, when it occurred, the outcome you are seeking and any relevant reference number. Include only information needed to investigate; do not send passwords, full payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Safety and legal concerns
Clearly flag suspected minor safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, exploitation or unlawful content so it can be prioritised. For copyright complaints, use the formal process on DMCA & Copyright. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Review and response
We may acknowledge, investigate, request clarification and take proportionate steps such as restricting content or account access. Response times vary with complexity and volume; statutory notices are handled within applicable legal timeframes. We will communicate an outcome when appropriate, subject to privacy and legal restrictions.
If you disagree
Reply to the decision with new facts or use Appeals Policy where an account or content enforcement action is involved. Repeated abusive, knowingly false or irrelevant submissions may not receive further review.
