Who can use FapSin
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to access adult material where you live. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Do not create accounts using false identity details or someone else’s information.
Your account and conduct

You grant FapSin a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to your settings and applicable law. You must have all necessary rights and releases. Features and content may change or become unavailable.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised terms.
